Emilie Hoffart is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and founder and director of Great Leaps Behavior Center. Emilie began her career in ABA in 2015, after graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development with minors in Social Work and Psychology, Emilie immediately fell in love with the field and went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Emilie has since gained experience in providing ABA services to children with autism, ages 18 months-12 years old, in the clinic, home, and school settings. 

Emilie’s special interests within the field of ABA include providing developmentally appropriate therapy, teaching pivotal skills, developing social and nonsocial reinforcers, utilizing naturalistic teaching methods, and flexible prompt fading. Emilie enjoys researching and learning new ways to deliver therapy in the most natural and effective ways possible.
