A tour will be scheduled during the initial phone call.
The Clinical Director will call your insurance company to verify your benefits & eligibility for ABA services.
After your child's benefits have been verified, the Clinical Director will send you our Intake forms. Once completed, the Clinical Director will request a pre-authorization for an assessment.
Once your insurance provider has approved the assessment authorization, an on-site assessment will be scheduled and performed by the BCBA. The assessment will include a caregiver interview, observations of your child, and direct testing of skills.
The BCBA will create a comprehensive treatment plan, which will include a brief medical history, skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals, caregiver training goals, and recommended therapy hours. This will be sent to your insurance provider for approval.
Once your insurance provider has approved the treatment plan and recommended hours, you will be contacted to schedule your child's first day of therapy!
